Agreeculture 3000 is the flagship strategic project of the Agreeculture Group, designed to develop a high-efficiency intensive olive cultivation model. Its goal is to reach 3,000 hectares of olive groves in the province of Cádiz by 2030, combining scale, advanced technology and professional management.
Cádiz was selected based on strict agronomic and climatic criteria. Its Atlantic-influenced climate, sandy-loam and clay-loam soils, and gently rolling topography create ideal conditions for large-scale olive cultivation. This is further supported by the region’s strong agricultural tradition and the careful selection of plots, ensuring optimal development and productivity.
Agreeculture 3000 is built on a precision agriculture model.
Each crop and every olive plot is monitored in real time through weather stations, soil sensors and data analytics systems. This information enables more accurate agronomic decisions, optimized resource use and maximum productive efficiency.
- The first planting phase began in 2022.
- By 2023, 471 hectares of olive groves had been developed using varieties adapted to intensive systems.
- Over the last three growing seasons, more than 2 million olive trees have been planted.

Advanced Irrigation Modernization in
Villadiego Plot
An advanced project that replaces sprinkler irrigation with high-precision drip irrigation, incorporating an 800,000 m3 storage reservoir, new pumping stations and a fully upgraded hydraulic network. A strategic initiative designed to reduce water consumption, increase productivity and ensure year-round water availability.
To improve water-use efficiency and move towards a more profitable and resilient agricultural model. The previous system required large volumes of water and limited production potential. This modernization enables significant resource savings, ensures water autonomy and supports the development of high-value crops, strengthening the overall sustainability of the operation.
The 800.000 m3 reservoir is a key asset, allowing water to be stored during winter and used in summer without increasing pressure on the Guadiana River. It provides water security, operational independence and the capacity to respond effectively to droughts or unexpected events, reinforcing long-term sustainability.

Implementation of
Hedge-Row Almond Systems
Integration of hedge-row almonds systems in operations with optimal soil conditions, climate and water availability.
The project will begin in 2027 with the establishment of the first hedge-row almond orchard across 145 hectares in the province of Cáceres. This initiative is designed to support diversification, improve production stability and advance highly efficient, fully mechanized agricultural models.
To enhance production efficiency and expand crop alternatives on plots where hedge-row systems offer a clear agronomic advantage.
Hedge-row almond orchards enable earlier entry into production, more uniform management and a significant reduction in operating costs through full mechanization.
This results in greater yield stability and predictability, particularly in critical operations such as canopy management, irrigation and harvesting.
